The owners and staff are superb. The food is outstanding. The course condition is much better than average and the superintendent has an outstanding understanding of what it takes to keep a golf course in the best possible condition. The reclaimed water that is used for irrigation causes some problems but they have found ways to overcome the use of reclaimed water. Now if something could be done about the humidity.

Currently, the course has extensive renovation going on so you are playing on several of their 9 hole layouts. However, they have an adjusted score card and good signage to keep you on track. I played the after 4 pm rate ($16). With the heat, very few folk are out but the course and greens are in great shape. I can't think of a better value for the buck, even with the heat.

Good layout, challenging course, greens and tees in were in below average shape. Would definitely play the course again after the greens/tee boxes get treated.
